PAYMENTS
Domestic -
Orders shipped UPS, Fed Ex, or US Post Office at BME discretion.
Items must be prepaid to be shipped. No COD's. Payments should
be in the form of US Postal Orders, cashiers checks, money orders
and credit cards as listed below. Please note personal checks
take up to 3 weeks to clear before we can ship parts. A. $5.00
service charge will apply to all orders under $20.00. Overseas
orders - please call for details
Credit
Cards - BME accepts Visa and Mastercard only. BME is
only able to accept credit card orders from the actual registered
cardholder and will only ship to the credit card billing address.
BME may require proof of card ownership, by faxed copy of card
and photo I.D. All credit card mail order purchases can only
be shipped to the billing address on the card. No exceptions.
Maximum single purchase on a card is $500.00 until the customer
is an established/recurring customer.
SHIPPING
Domestic - BME ships by UPS, Fed Ex or US Post Office
only through our own established accounts . We are aware of
increasing costs of freight and select the best service available
to meet your needs. We are not able to use a customer's freight
account. There is a $20.00 surcharge for all shipments through
the US Postal Service (when applicable). Overseas shipping
- please call for details.
Returns - No returns after 30 days from invoice
date. For returns within 30 days please contact BME for a return
authorisation number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy
of the BME invoice, in perfect dondition and in the original
packaging.The returns will be inspected upon receipt and a credit/refund
determined by BME. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturing
defects wil be replaced as soon as possible. Parts returned
within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns
on custom made parts unless its determed to be an error by BME.
Claims - If damage occurs to any item during
transit, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Responsibility
for the goods is passed from the shipper to the carrier when
the carrier leaves the point of pickup. All claims must be made
with the carrier. Do not discard the shipping box or container
as the carrier claims rep may ask to see it.
